went and booked the car in to have the 5 stud conversion done on friday so wheels will be on for the weekend biggrin.gif cool.gif dance3.gif .............. yahoo.gif work meister 18x8 +18 offset

went out to the drags sat nite (sitting in the stands isn't as exciting as racing) and after seeing cal-a-kids torana, the bug has bitten again so will be getting car retuned with the new injectors and have the launch control & electronic boost controller setup in the next few months. when i head back out to the strip i will be putting standard suspension back in the rear to help with traction. and almost forgot i still have to get a 4 POINT HARNESS (damn new rules mad.gif )
will post up some pics when it's all done

finally got around to doing some stuff to the car:
dba 4000 series slotted rotors-front and rear. painted calipers up while they were off
bought some 32 gtr seats Posted Image

bought another 25 to build up

the plan for the motor will be:
forged pistons and rods
set of cams
n1 oil pump
have the head ported
balanced

cars going off the road for a few months while i'm away
will have the new motor in by next year so i can do the bitumen sprints
will also be doing a full respray when motor and box are out, with a few extra mods Posted Image

well been a busy weekend,
put 4 point harness'in on friday.
went out to the drags to give the car a run before the rebuild, didn't go that great. even put on some semi slicks, they helped a lot on the launch but my mph was way lower compared to the last time.
today had a new 3 inch stainless exhaust built ( sounds heaps better and no more dodgy pipe work) and just finished gutting the interior of everything except the dash & a seat.
car is off to xtreme motorsport in the morning for the motor & gearbox to be removed. hope to have the car fully striped by tomorrow night ready for sanding.
here are a few pics
