I have done that, but it doesn't list the total donations, just the people who were willing/able to donate $1000 or greater. Surely you have a heap of smaller donations that don't get a brick but still get recorded.

Kind of like those donations to charity graphs that you get at mcdonalds and some supermarkets.

Sorry mate, I missed this posting you made. If you email: webcontact1@springmountdragracing.com Att: Suzann and what you would like answered in relation to the foundation brick funds - you'll get the answers you're after.

They've only raised 100k in 3.5 years????

Way to go!!!! :-/

Was waiting to see a current amount before I bought a brick....wont bother now, cant be too serious about it.

You forget about all the money that has been spent getting to the current state of approval.. Even with a LOT of the work being donated/severly discounted there has still been heaps of costs involved in getting all the approvals and land organised.. If you believe that all that work was done for no cost, well.....

Surveying, Noise Tests, Applications to council, plans, etc are not free..
A lot of the legal costs were done as a donation to the club.. I believe Murry Mole who has supplied the land's legal bills are over 50k now, and had we not had the clubs work donated we could have expected the same or more....

As for 'waiting to see how many donations were made'.. if everybody has that attitude, nothing will ever happen..

If you can suggest a better way of organising funds.. feel free.

Anyone know any politicians ?

Could be a vote boosting "campaign promise"

No way it's going to make the mill before the deadline :(
