Hell yeah, plenty of time, due to wet season the next event will most prob be late april, looking at running 4 STADIUM DRIFT feature events from april to sept incl the "STADIUM DRIFT PRO--TOUR" in june (also a practice day)
ALL events will include STADIUM DRIFT SCHOOL----LEVEL 2 & PRO catagories
NOTE our proposed dates are subject to approval by the speedway club so i will confirm once this has been passed by the commitee
The RACELINE crew are looking forward to returning to Cairns, especially with the FULL PRO--SHOW
Cheers

Im thinking the speedway would be all for it due to the amount of people who came through the gates at the last one.
Ah well good luck and thanks for the heads up on the timeline, cant wait to hit the track again Not so much the tyres haha.

Yes there will be practice days but all dates need to pass committee approval first.
There is a couple videos in the QSS Videos section from past events so have a squiz if you have not already seen them.

I know the weather aint the best this time of year, but is there a chance/room in having a wet skidpan prac?
I'm also local to Townsville, just sucks theres really nowhere to practise.

No issues with a wet track, but being track is inside the Speedway ring you will never get a car in or out. The pits/ring turn to big mud pit after some rain. Even after only the water truck going over the track it's dangerous to go in or out. Adam slid down last time in to the bottom.... lucky it's no so car!

Would love to come to these practice days and send the 180 sideways, haven't had it for a year so the first few times should be rather embarrising lol.

So true, i wish they could like leave us alone in the industrial ares and such...i mean no half minded citizen is gonna walk their baby through our industrial areas at 10pm. and yer if our onlyh practice was to be at these track days we would never get any better due to the time span between events. We need a dorifto land for ourselves.
