Speaking with Gary Myers yesterday and he advised that he is bringing the burnout Mustang and XACUTER up to Ingham next year, should be good. Maybe the boys in blue will try and defect his cars on the pad!!!!!! biggrin.gif

As requested, a few picks of Casper setting the burnout pad on fire...literally. Was an awesome skid too (as usual)

Thankss. biggrin.gif
Always seems to be broken or blowing up. mad.gif

it's not broken or blown up, front convertor seal let go, car was driving again next morning.. wink.gif

Well mine blew up again still don't know why yet still in shed gonna have a look on the weekend. Apart from that it was a good weekend we all had fun skigs were good and the weather was perfect. A very big thanks to pete&jodie another successfull show already looking forward to next year.I'll post some pic's of the distruction.

Ok got some pic's of the engine. Who can guess what happened mind u the rest of the conrod is on the pad somewhere.

just a stab in the dark, but was this engine a stroker?

if so, how did the rod angle look?

my guess is the rods were pushing the pistons into the bore wall very hard, and the piston has just given up under stress... causing shown destruction.

Only those who risk going too far, can ultimately find out how far one can go.

2. Little end locked on the gudgeon ...

Exactamondo. H ave hada think about a few things alsothe type of oil i'm using JoeGibbs racingoil is a good product it's one of most recigised oils in the nascar world (if u have a engine with big clearances) i unfortunatly don't next engine 4&5 thou is recomended with this type of oil(wish i'd known that b4) Anywho new engine is getting there new rods pistons and other stuff on the way she'll live again soon.
