I think the Ingham community will really appreciate any extra funds that this car show brings in. Everyone must really make an effort
to get there this year.

hope it is on, they are saying 18+months to recover from this, and come to think about it the last thing they will give crap about is a car show.

Maybe peter can get some sort of partial donation from entry fees or percentage of profits happening to help support the community, just an idea

The Car Show brings mass amounts of money to the community so I would say it is in their interests.

IMO I don't think the car show should lost a percentage of their profits and jeopardize itself for future events, it brings SO much to Ingham for that 3-4 days, isn't that enough?

I understand its in there best interests, but i,m only thinking from there point of veiw. the car show is a big deal and i hope to god it is still on but i know i would not be thinkin about it if my whole life just got washed away.

I have no authority or official power in the matter but thought since the town has supported the show strongly for years the least we could do is get some sort of fund even if its 1% donation from gate fees, it would look great for the show and also help a little with the hate/hoon idealogy.

I did not say for the show to sacrifice profits, i would expect the public to maybe contribute 1 or 2 dollars on top of the entry, and yes the financial boost for ingham is great for those few does, but that little extra $$$ and the knowledge that the show has gone out of its way would be warming.

Just my 2 cents not an argument

Don't quote me on this but does'nt the show asocation get the profits and if they did it would almost certainly go back to the comunity. Mind u even a dollar xtra frm everybody would make a difference.

I hear ya czy383, maybe even a donation bin at the gates or throughout the show would suffice...?

The guys from Ingham Xtravaganza will be at Autobarn Cairns Easter Saturday for those who want to pre-enter.
