Event Title: Nostalgia Drags

Palmyra Dragway will be holding the Nostalgia Drag on Saturday the 20th June.

Here is an outline of the rules, costs and timeframe. Will endeavour to get entry up ASAP.

Nostalgia Drags Rules


Muscle Car: Open to Australian manufactured cars built prior to 1977 (including follow on models – See note *) and American manufactured cars built prior to 1980 (including follow on models) Running 11.00 and Slower. Qualify all together and split down the middle to make Muscle Car A and B. Quicker half to receive bye in the event of uneven fields.


Note * : Follow on models include Holden: To WB - Torana: To UC
Ford: To XC
Chrysler: To CM

Gas: Open to Sedans following Muscle Car vehicle rules running quicker than 10.99

Vintage Modified: Open to all Altereds, Front Engine Dragsters, Roadsters and Hot Rods running quicker than 10.

Hot Rod: Open to all Hot Rods (pre ’48) running slower than 11.00

Classic Motorcycle: Open to all Motorcycles produced prior to 1980

Race Entry: $60
Club Member: $50
Show and Shine Entry: $20

Gates Open: 9am
Scrutineering: 9am – 1pm
Drivers Briefing: 10.30am
Qualifying: 11am-2.30pm
Racing: 3.30pm – 7.30pm
Seeding: 3pm

Adults: $20
Children under 16 free when accompanied by an adult.

im coming for a look we still might be bringing the slingshot down it should be a good event like usual

I have been informed that they are going to be waiving the late entry fee, so if anyone was thinking of coming down please do. The track is looking great and should see some PBs set!
