Cairns Burnouts TEST AND TUNE

Rescheduled due to rain.
April 17th
TEST AND TUNE
Gates open 6.30PM - 9.30PM
$10 entrant fee
$2 gate entry

Come and skid your heart out and get your car ready for the April 25th Burnout Comp. Only $10 to come out and skid as much as you want. $2 to enter the gate.

Ok, after blasting some chick at the online camera store last night,I received a phone call this morning telling me my external flash unit would be despatched today.
I get home tonight and an email confirming this and a consignment number awaits me.
Should be delivered by Tuesday morning.
Damn long weekend.It will arrive in Cairns Friday morning, but sitting at the airport till Tuesday.

But still plenty of time to play with it before Next Friday.

Its been fine most of the week just with the odd shower .
At about 4 pm this arvo it started to P1ss down ,
No sense in chopping the access and pit areas up .

yea sorry guys, was all still a go at 4.30 then started to drizzle till 5:30 but rain got too heavy after that an the cars couldn't climb the greasy speedway track back out too the pits... Lets just hope it clears an dry's for next sat.

Not today. track / pits much too wet and the concrete wall around the track is also being painted today.

will have to hang out for the comp next saturday and try and get out there early for some practice skids to sort out any issues with the car

Well it went ahead after all.Started about 4.30. Good turnout of cars for a deathnock decision to go ahead.
