Well Nitro returns to Palmyra Dragway, Mackay on the 24th of October for a match race between the Paul Shakelton owned Damien Harris driven Best Tractor Parts Funny Car and Ashley Bailey driving the Chemical Warfare Funny Car.
It's been over 20 years since Nitro Cars have been seen at Palmyra and this event is set to be a cracker. And Shacks is looking to take the track record off Ben Bray and put it deep in the 5's.
The Nitro Funny Cars will be backed by 6 Supercharged Outlaws Cars along with the usual Modifieds, Super Sedan, Super Streeters and Bikes.
So keep that date free and keep and ear out for more details.

265 Hemi Turbo Charger PB 11.85 at 112mph
Tripled 265 Centura PB 13.13 at 102mph
Got Centura 12's planned. At a dead end for now.
