so lemme get this straight, u cant drive between 11pm-5am sin ce you on good behaviour? since when did that take place? i remember it used to be 1yr, 2pts only. only asking cos i think i am losing mine soon as i went through a speed camera.

Falls under the P laws I think. There is also something for good behavior license I think? I don't take much notice as doesn't apply to me

when your under 25 and loose your license.. you serve the loss of however many months about a week after you get it back you get a letter stating you are on a curfew for the next 12 months on a probation license.. if you dont get the letter dont worry about it haha but they wont tell you if you are or arent goin onto it.

Yeap.

If your license is suspended, when u get it back you cant drive after 11 for a year but you get all your points back. (not sure up to what age that applies to though)
If you choose good behavior you get 1 point for a year and cant drive after 11. If you loose the point you get suspended for 6 months.
