ok ppl, u should know the drill by now. get ur entry forms in be4 the night if u want to ensure ur seat. its 10$ and be there by 6pm on thur night. obviously afterwards it going to be a cruise down to maccas so if we could all stay there till 8.15 or about then is when it finishes up and then all cruise down together. :) see u all there.

ill be entering my festiva with its single 12" want to do a little tuning to see if i can crack the 134spl mark this time...

:D hehe, ill be impressed.. thats for sure.. but i dont care when i look at my sub/box/amp and see iv only spent 300$ im happy with my result :)

my sub, box and amp owes me $450 lol, compared to the others who have spent thousands and we still pull better numbers lol

is that 450 for all the sub box and amp new?? or is that how much u got to pay off?

Thats only cos the cars you two drive are only the same size as a sub box!!! :lol:
U should just throw the sub on the back seat and Leave a window down for porting ;)

There is more to a stereo than SPL if you ask me, just coz you're doing 140dB doesn't mean it is good in my eyes if it sounds like crap. Not saying they do sound bad, never heard either stereo but the people that do spend thousands will have a system that does 140dB and still sounds crisp, there is a reason people spend more :)

yeh i know. i have spent 300$ on a set of focals and are planning on spending some more in the future on amps and higher quality subs and rear speakers. but at the moment im getting trainee wages which isnt much and i cant really get everything i want. so at the moment i have a decent set of front speakers and good headunit, decent rear speakers which are gonna break soon and im planning on getting a amp for my from speakers in the near future. so at the moment im happy with my stereo but i know it could be better but spending 2000$ on audio at the moment isnt really what i wanna do. i got other things i want to spend my money on. eg clutch... :P

in total $450 is wat i have spent all up on my subs box and amp i have never bought anything on credit, always pay cash, my car is more for quality than quantity, but to have both is great, its perfect now after my tweaking and tuning 2nite lol, and my car is heaps bigger than peacheys car, the same setup out of my car into his would make 145 easily haha, only if i tuned it hehe

i mite...atm i am...its a 1500w 12'' DVC kenwood running off a 1000w kenwood mono amp...but im wrkn thursday nite <_<
