This Thursday night, my mate has organised to have the burnout pad opened for use...

Where: Cairns Speedway, Thompson Road, Opposite the Grafton and Hambledon Hotels
Entry: $2.00
Gates open at 8pm

Bring long sleeve shirt, pants and closed in shoes if hoping to rip it up!
Helmets if wanted but not needed.

Canteen will be open! But the bar wont be!

See you all there

ben and i have organised with chomp to have a trial run by opening the pad every second thursday night this will all depend on how many people show up on these thursday nights. so if anyone wants to have a go on the pad this is the perfect time for it, these night's are for street cars not unregistered burnout cars so come out and watch or get on the pad and destroy some tyres its all legal fun... If there isen't a good enough turn-out over the next few weeks the pad wont get opened as often like before... see you all there.......

i see your saying un rego'd burnoutcars cant go mate, just a point if your trying to get numbers and get it going might be good to let some un rego'd cars enter not nessacerly dedicated burnout cars but some guys have cars that arn't yet rego'd that might want to go, anyway good job on getting something started hope it goes well for you guys might try and pop out with hussey for a look do my bit to support a good cause..

The speedway commitee has decided to can the burnouts for this thursday night. So much for trying to get us off the streets. Any complaints can be forwarded to Peter Rogenkamp on 0418184456. Sgt Tony Anderson is supposeably not very happy with the decision that has been made.

the commitee are letting it all happen now... we had someone stand in our way which was Peter. But the rest of the commitee have no problems with us using the pad this thursday night!
