My apologies, obviously too many questions at once. I will ask only one at a time.

IS THERE A SOUND OFF THIS YEAR?

im working at the car hsow again this year hope to see you all there
I know they are trying to put a limit to the amount of skids a car does, but what about if it has a few drivers?
The reason i ask, is we are doing i very quick slap together of some parts i have lying around the workshop, so my apprentice and a few good customers can do some skids and have some fun, we will be pulling the engine out after ingham and putting something decent in it.

We will be hiring the vehicle out for events when it is finshed.
Vehicle is a Dirty ass VB commodore with a VN ss diff, Top loader indy shifter, button clutch, and a mild 350 chev with some double hump fuelies and weiand high rise manifold and 750dp holley,it should do a ok skid.

From memory, multiple people can use the same car. Each driver will have there own windscreen stickers and have them crossed off when they go out. You'll need al drivers to be prescent at screwtineeringPosted Image

I can't say I've ever been to the sound off shed in years I've been to Ingham. With the skids, fashion parade, feature cars, pavilion show cars and show cars outside and other things going on it is always the last on my mind!!!

OK thanks for that. Obviously No Sound Off by the sound of that.

Next question, Is there a trophy/category list? (eg. Top Ford, Bike, Van, Rod etc)

Yeah have one of those and the brochure and the poster. No mention of anything on them sorry, that's why I asked the questions. All I can see on the programme is a lot of talk of bigger and better and then it goes on about burnouts and burnout cars so I was just wondering if there are any "Show Cars" Comong?

All very valid questions. On the entry form on the website there is not a vehicle catergory list?

instead of asking these questions on this thread, which was not started by, nor frequented by the organisers of this show, how about use some common sense and ring the contact numbers on the website? You might find you'll get the answers you seek by doing this instead of wasting your time on here asking people that don't know?

problem solved!!

I am asking the organisers, contary to what some people think the "organisers" know very well what's posted on here (hence why a lot of my posts actually get deleted) If you go on facebook they also frequent there a lot as well (search Ingham Car Show 2010 on Facebook). It is in thier best interests to keep up with public opinion/questions etc as we are the ones who ultimately support the events they run. It makes absolutly no sense me ringing Pete or Jodie as they couldn't give me a straight answer if thier life depended on it anyway I am asking on a public forum so maybe just maybe the public can find out what is/will be happening on the day etc.

Who cares about winning either? Winning something is just a bonus but you don't go to win. I'd never go to something expecting to win something. Go to have fun doing why you like.

I don't know if there is a sound-off or not either. I was just saying I've never been to that part of the show.
