go and see one of the cairns shops with a 4 wheel dyno for a power run. They should be able to tell you how it's running, if something is a restriction and how well they tune is suited to the current mods.

I didn't have a front mount and I don't believe it's a required item for your goal. Something like the Process West top mount would be more than enough.
Other things would be the usual exhaust, intake and fuel mods.
You don't need to go to straight cuts with your STi, it has the 6MT and they are pretty much bulletproof (Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, unless you are pushing more than 400hp then the STi driveline would be fine). It's the 5MT you've got to worry about, they are the ones that like to strip gears but luckily mine didn't have any problems.
I had a Hyperflow cold air intake, TurboXS turbo back exhaust, Walbro in-tank fuel pump, stock STi injectors (550cc) with a split fuel rail and Sard fuel pressure regulator with the VF34P18 turbo pushing 19psi.
The only other thing to do to hit 220atwkw was upgrade the turbo. Something like a TD0520G is what was recommended for that power but if I had done that then the gearbox would definitely be a major concern.
The other option you could do with yours is swap the exhaust housing with one from a VF22. This will give you more top end but it would be a good idea to find someone who can tune AVCS to help with the bottom end.
