gday all, ive got a xf ute and my gauge is constintly reading full. Ive changed the cluster thinking it was the voltage reg in the cluster and that didnt fix it so i tried a sender and that didnt fix it and i cant see any rubbed through wires....wtf is going on? Anyone had a problem like this? It used to read wrong and go from full to empty instantly and keep doing it while i was driving but now its just stuck on full. Any info would be great. Cheers.
Anyone selling parts for a BA/BF xr6 Ute? PM me.

Ive got a similar problem with my VY. I can do over 200ks b4 my fuel guage will move off the full mark and it will never accurately tell me how much fuel i have. It can say i have half a tank but still be able to put 50L in at the servo. Other times you can start with 'half a tank' and go cruising and 40k later have 'low fuel, 13k til empty' warning come up. Weird!

Spoke to holden about it.. They wanted waaaaay too much to diagnose and fix so never worried bout getting it looked at. Just rely on the trip meter for a bit more of an idea of how much fuel I should have
