Just looking at the time slips and ive noticed theres more and more race cars (not street registered) entering. Being the name queensland street scene i thought this site was about street cars. Thought it'd be a good idea to make a slip page for non street registered purpose built race cars, because anyone can jump on here with there pro stock, rail etc and post there 8,7,6,5 second race cars on here and jump to the top, that kind of defeats the purpose of having a time slip ladder page to climb on a 'street scene' forum that was intended for street cars doesnt it?

Also some people have posted a time slip more then once for different runs, mabye make it so you can only post once per car?

Cheers

You can post two times. Some cars (ie, Whatley) is actually two different cars, same time. Identical description though. That has been mentioned a few times. Not sure about any others you may have mentioned.

Splitting in to race / registered cars is a coding dilemma. It's not as easy as clicking a couple buttons. I understand the fundamentals of doing it, but don't think I am quite capable of modifying it to add that option.

add another box for them to fill out, "registered" (yes/no) options.

then there is the whole dilemma of wheather the car is actually street driven or sits in the shed for 11 months of the year

Leave it how it is, it will create more problems by trying to separate cars
