Attached is the entry form for round 3 of the sprints at Makotrac.

Hey Stuart, Mate did you get something sorted with the barricades on turn 1. That will be excellent if you can get rid of the bollards with the ASSA backing. They really ruin what would be a really fun bit of that track. Also now that you're running under ASSA will you have the forms and stuff for us to attian an Assa licence or is that something I have to organise ourselves befor we come up there again? I'll probably miss the August round but should be a starter for september 12th.

No still a few problems with the barriers, not so much on getting them but the process of putting them on the track and then taking them away.
For the next race I think we will try running in reverse, don't need barriers to be set up, so we'll see how that goes.
You don't need to get the AASA licence if you don't want to as AASA recognises the CAMS licence. Most of us still use our CAMS licences.

Yeah, I think a couple of us will try and make it down for the Sept race in the Ville too.

Just a reminder for everyone. Entry payments are due by Thursday the 5th, next week if you want to race. This is a race series anyone can get involved with if you really want to. Cars run in classes and there are lots of people to give you a hand.

If you don't want to race come up and watch, its free and you'll be supporting local motorsports.

Results for round 3 of the sprints now ready.

Great day, nice weather and a few new drivers. W e managed 5 runs plus a muck around round where we took family and friends on a few flying laps.

A few people made video's so please look on youtube for NQmotorsports for uploads.

Next race is on Sunday 12th September, entry forms will be released in about 2 weeks.

We are also organising another sprint here in Cairns similar to the motorkhana we did last year in Liberty st. We are planning to make it more of a sprint event this time. We hope bringing it into Cairns will help to attract more people into the sport so stay tuned.
