I had a lady phone me today and asked if anyone in the northern region would be able to repair a minor gutter scuff to a factory mag wheel on her Daewoo (GMH) Cruze. I am unsure of anyone up that way who can? Any suggestions?

If the face of the wheel is finished in a machined finish, the only place i can think of that might have a lathe big enough to finish it off perfectly would be cashcor, they charge like an angry bull, might be cheaper to buy genuine?
There probaly are others but i cant see them wanting to do the job, best bet would be to start ringing around engineering shops and ask around.

I'll be dropping a wheel off in Tolga to get repaired soon. Will take some before and after pics for people to make their own judgement on the suitability of the repairs.

Was one of those Aussie made superlites. Had a decent dent in the lip, incurred when getting nudged into a gutter and folding the diff in half.
Rykers removed the dent. Wheels are powdercoated black, so I just used a spray can on the bit he sanded back to repair it.
