P plate leagal mods?

1 extractors
2 cold air intake
3 bored out throtle body(harld even noticeable)
4 custom intake piping(no stock crapp)
5 re programed mecemal chip for ecu
6 corvete 700 auto gearbox servo (wish i had a getrag 5 speed!)
are these legal for a p plater? im not too sure lol

its all legal, so thay wouldnt say anything, but thay might laugh at you, lol

I don't like being told what to do, and when some aluminium cased box of gears and friction plates tells me that it's time to change up, I really get pissed off. I will decide when it's time to change gears and sometimes I'm right. So the old smarty-pants automatic transmission isn't my best friend

No hearsay, no opinions, just the facts
Note the part that says "a modified engine that must be approved". Nothing to stop you putting a baby seat in a duel cab rodeo or similar, but you cant have any mod plated modifications relating to the engine itself.

High-powered (performance) vehicle restrictions apply for the duration of P1 and P2 licence periods for licence holders under the age of 25 years.
These restrictions also apply to probationary licence holders who return from a disqualification to a P1 or P2 probationary licence, where at the time of the offence they were under 25 years of age. These limits apply for the duration of the probationary period regardless of age.
High-powered (performance) vehicles include those with:
* eight or more cylinders
* a turbo-charged or super-charged engine that is not diesel powered
* an engine that has a power output of more than 200 kW as per the manufacturer's specifications
* a rotary engine that has an engine capacity of more than 1146cc as per the manufacturer's specifications
* a modified engine that must be approved under section 13 of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management — Vehicle Standards and Safety) Regulation 2010.

13 Approval of modified vehicle
(1) The owner of a modified vehicle must ensure the vehicle is
not driven or parked on a road unless the modification has
been approved by an authorised officer or approved person.
Maximum penalty—60 penalty units.
(2) After inspecting a vehicle, an authorised officer or approved
person must not approve a modification of the vehicle
unless—
(a) the modification complies with one of the following
codes of practice approved by the chief executive—
(i) the Code of Practice—Light Vehicles;
(ii) the Code of Practice—Commercial Motor Vehicle
Modifications;
(iii) the National Code of Practice—Heavy Vehicle
Modifications; or
(B ) if the modification is of a kind that is not covered by a
code of practice mentioned in paragraph (a)—the
modification is also approved by the chief executive.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(3) If the authorised officer or approved person approves the
modification, the officer or person must—
(a) give a certificate approving the modification, in the
approved form (a certificate of modification), to the
owner; and
(B ) ensure a plate, in the approved form, that is stamped or
engraved with details of the modification (a
modification plate), is attached to a conspicuous part of
the vehicle.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(4) A person who is not an authorised officer or approved person
must not approve a modification to a vehicle.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(5) An approved person must not inspect and approve a
modification to a vehicle, unless the person is accredited to
approve that type of modification.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(6) In this section—
authorised officer does not include a police officer.

I cant be bothered to relocate the legislation on this, but on a side note the vehicle must still comply with ADR83- External Noise

easiest way is to not be a dick when they pull u up and u wont get hassled about anything
