Oh. Well had Dan Kenneally and Josh Young on the Cairns track without damage, sure as shit the V8 Supercar track isn't going to get damaged if that didn't.

^That looks fun up there, one day I'll get a legitimate go at.
I will find out what work was involved with organising the sprint and the tarmac rally at the V8 track last year, but I'm sure I remember it being very difficult and only timed sprints being an option. I dont think either club has it on the cards this year.

With the 10k, is that for one use of the cairns track? For say a certain amount of hours over a weekend or? Has anyone approached the Kart track in Townsville?

It's a deposit. It's not hire of the venue. So long as no damage it is returned after the event. Been so long the terms may have changed to.

Drifting is great guys. They should be making weekly drift meets etc. This way it keeps you guys off the streets and is a great (yet expensive) hobby.
BTW I have my S13 which is caged etc and an R32 (with an RB25 in it) for sale.
And this is a video of my 3rd time drifting... on a private road... at my friends property..
