I don't like being told what to do, and when some aluminium cased box of gears and friction plates tells me that it's time to change up, I really get pissed off. I will decide when it's time to change gears and sometimes I'm right. So the old smarty-pants automatic transmission isn't my best friend

that is right up there with the sand through the intake for porting and polishing the head. lol

Hard to say.... some people are pretty retarded!
About 8 years ago when I worked at Mobil I had a fella buy some gear oil (80w90) and top up his Clubsport with it. Went out and queried him but thought he was doing the right thing.
Also had a lady buy 5 litres of engine oil for topping up (suggested 1 litre is enough for top up but still wanted 5L). Looked out the window and the bottle was sitting upside down in the cap. Was a Pulsar or something similar that wouldn't hold 5L empty. She thought it needed more oil because she couldn't see it still in the top of the filler cap. Didn't know to check the dipstick.
Some people should do no more than drive their car.

geez! Guess it's just as bad as the chick I knew who wanted to borrow a 'tiny' funnel off me so she could top up her oil. Yes she was trying to add it to the dipstick hole. Also the chick who put 65psi in her tyres (pulsar) must be a pulsar thing hey.
