I want to respray my Toyota hilux Ute with vinyl graphics (prefer pinstripe flames) just would like to know where in cairns would be the best place for a decent respray and vinyl design and application

You need to go to a panel peater/spray painter for one and a sign writer for the other. Newton Signs does vinyl graphics on business and local Speedway cars.

Well then you will need to go panel beater - sign writer - panel beater

i know about panel beaters and i know how some of the panel beaters in cairns are mega dodge so i want to know which ones are the best
