As topic states, I have personally been in contact with Rob from ECC, really well known import tuner of a wide range of ECU's (nistune, vipec, haltech, powerfc, wolf) and he is keen to come up to Townsville and tune a batch of mates cars and show the workshop a few pointers on things but I need to track down someone who will let us hire the dyno.
If there is any chance of this happening or anyone out there who can help please reply or PM me.
Thanks guys
Anyone know where I can hire a Dyno in Townsville

best bet would be to ring shops in townsville/cairns and surrounding areas and see what they have to say

well he told me he would get about 2 full tunes a day done and maybe a touch up for someone whos got most of a half decent tune in there car already.
i have all the prices for the tuning saved, but amongst everyone that gets there car tuned we need to split the costs of -
dyno hire
flights from brisbane
2 nights accomodation (he will tune all the third day and leave on the night)
which between 6 tunes isn't that much split up between us. problem is finding a dyno to hire. as i have said as well, he is very open to having the workshop owner sit in on a free tuning session whilst he does it which is a BIG positive considering the thousands it costs to attend those courses.
