i have a mate who is always talking bout putting the coil packs out of a ea eb falcon onto a rb30 with a 26 head...he keeps saying some shit bout putting the crank angle sensor in backward and he got this ecu that has an extra 6prong plug but still fits a vl proper..i think he mite be dreaming does anyone know of or seen this before and has it got any good advantages or is it a just plain out waste of time??

nah he is dreaming no such thing as fitting the cas backwards it wont work as it takes the signal from its top mounted position. but yeh is possible to run the 6 ea coils. not sure bout the ecu more details could fill in the blanks but could be nistune

i kno they have used the single coil from and ef-el for converting the old coils on the rb30's and holden 5 litres, but havnt heard that one....

the only thing to fear is fear itself.....

LS7/D585 coils are the best!
