im looking to drop a 2jzgte i got here into something to make a cheap quick car for something todo, i was thinking a silvia or 180sx tho am opened to anything really if anyone has a cheap car for sale max $1500 doesn't have to be running or have an engine paint job can be poor would like it with no rust

Mate i have a 1991 soarer with a Motor thats not going, the car is in great condition other then the motor. but im after a littlw more then $1500 ,$3500

But all it neads is an engine, a 2jz would be perfect.

I'd say buy something that the 2JZ came out in. You may save some money getting a cheaper car (like an S13) but you'll end up spend more making the motor, gearbox and tail shaft fit and if you want to rego it then you need to worry about engineering.

yeah its more of something to play with can buy engine mount kits for them for the siliva online, i don't mind spending the money on it to get it on the road tho don't want to spend heaps on the car to start with, might see if i can find another aristo

mate i know a guy who has a 84 ma61 celica supra youll get for $1500
