Hi All,

The following items were stolen off my valiant last night from a workshop in Portsmith. If anyone is approached to buy anything on the following list, please contact the police directly. I will update with a report number etc when it is to hand. If anyone knows or hears anything about this, please also contact the police directly.

15 inch Convo Pro Rims with Valiant/Ford stud pattern and nuts. 2 x 15x7 and 2x8 or 8.5 they are (will check my reciept and update on actual size). The rears have brand new 275 Dominator tyres on them with raised white lettering, can't be missed.

MSD ignition system - 6AL ignition module, MSD billet distributor and MSD Coil. (had hurricane leads, but unlikely they'd keep these, as they cut 2 of them to get dizzy.

K and N 14 inch filter element and extreme top

2 x monster tacho's - 1 Autometer, 1 cheap brand (Autometer one taken off another car next to mine)

Barry Grant 750 Mighty Demon carby

Any help is greatly appreciated. As many of you know, the Val has been off the road for about 14 months now while it gets rebuilt, so this is a real kick in the guts, just when it was just days away from being back on the road.

Thanks,
Nathan.

Is the same workshop that had wheels stolen from an XR8 ute recently?

So other vehicles inside the workshop were also targeted?

Were any tools/workshop equipment also taken?

different workshop mate. No other vehicles targeted, the Autometer tacho possibly taken because they would have seen it as they cut the fencing.

A small number of tools were taken that were left in the engine bay, but nothing else was touched.

Bad luck with that Naze. Hope they catch them. It's an expensive enough hobby as it is!

Too true ray. Am hoping for a swift insurance process so the delay isn't too long. Was so bloody close to ready.

That's the same thing I thought mate, but ya never know. The fingerprint check apparently went well, so will wait and see on that one.
