Im trying to connect my DVD to TV(HD) with only red white and yellow but when I watch DVDs my TV blinks a black screen. What the ? Can anyone help.

Faulty cable? When you say blinking you mean you see the picture but flicking between picture and black?

Yeah, not all the time but enough to be annoying. I will try another cable 2moro. Im off it tonight. Cheers.

I'd say there is a problem with the DVD unit or connections on the TV if you tried a new cable. Try a camera or something else you can use on the red/white/yellow cable see if produces same problem. If it does you can eliminate the DVD as the issue.
