Just like if your car had a funny sound from it...I coud help by fault finding as I know a bit about cars. Eg.
1. where is it from 2. when is the sound made 3. when did it start making the sound....you get the idea
* Only QSS site
* Over the past two or so weeks
* Allways slow now all the time (was from time to time before)
Any help would be great as in it's current form it is unbearable.
Thanks

Now to answer your question, why would it be slow for you and no one else? Well, QSS is hosted on a PC based in the US so for your computer to connect to the web host it has to connect to go through probably a good 15 or 20 routers first. If one of those routers is over loaded or having issues your may experience some problems. Viewing another site in the US may and probably will use a different route depending on which backbone the destination host is at.
Try doing a trace route and see if there is any issues with the routers between you and QSS. To do this open up start button and click run. Type in the box 'cmd' and hit enter. In the DOS prompt type 'tracert qldstreetscene.com' and hit enter. You should see all the connections it has to make to get from you to the QSS web host with a responce time in miliseconds. Anything in Australia should be under 100ms hopefully and anything in the US should be under 400-500 or so. If you see any stars instead of response times it means it has timed out (over 3000ms) and is probably causing an issue. Normally you wouldn't experience an issue for days and definetly not weeks at a time but try it anyway. Alternatively maybe try deleting your cookies and browser cache.
Hope this helps.
