Yeah not sure where yet, just getting some ideas, don't know cruising places in rocky...... Thats why burkey is here to help!!!!

rocky is pretty crap 
... can go up the mountain, but you've got to be careful not to annoy the locals up there. there's an awesome road that goes from kinka beach to yeppoon, they the road to Byfield is good an winding too. would take a fair while - like an hour or more.

CDSN does a Aust Day cruise to Yeppoon each year for the festivities, if any of ya are up for it. Maybe we could incorporate a longer cruise with the gladdy people?

Okay cruise info is as follows
Sunday January 28th 2007:
Gladstone people will meet at 0900 @ Kmart carpark for a 0930 Departure, we will meet Rocky people at approx 1030-1045 for the slower people at there shopping centre, we will then go on to yeppoon or wherever we all decide at the time!!! Sorry this isn't organised the best but lets see wat happens...

which shopping centre we have 3 i would suggest north side plazaa cause there is the covers over ther parks.

nah thats shopin fair your talking about near sizzlers.
North Side plaza would be good its on musgrave street next to B & J Car Sales and Shell Servo, on one side there is outside car parks with huge covers over them there would be good least it will be nice and cool and undercover.
have a look athte gladdy thread on boost, thought we could go through yeppoon and straight to Causeway lake as it will be very hard to get a park in yeppoon...least there i could get a section blocked off and there is a store to get drinks and feed and we can go down a hire out the paddle boats and that (i'll sort some cheaper prices out for us) and yeah there were a whole heap of us that went there last time cause we all got broken up in yeppoon and we had a ball...area for the kiddies too.
