Yeah take it that shop then - they clearly have to much money and withstand a huge lawsuit then..
Cause when you crash and they havent warned you of the legalities and safety issues surround streching tyres and load rating - well then you can sue them...

Just becuase I tyre shop wont do it or they give you the 411 on the legalites and saftey issues surrounding tyre modifications its because.
a. they wanna keep their ass safe
b. maybe they wanna keep you safe too.
