I just heard bout an accident last nite in Innisfail, details were a bit shaky anyone know about this?

was on the radio about some guy with multiple broken bones (i dont know whether he lived or not) and two others that were injured I THINK

I CANT BE TOO SURE. i only caught a bit at the end so forgive me if im wrong :)

The guys involved were isaac leonardi and "turtle" i think his name is mark somethin...anyway news reports say a 32y/o man died and one is in ICU ..other reports say a girl died...they hit en electric power pole and snapped it in half. WTF!!! how fast do ya need to go to snap one of dem?

would be interesting to see what vehicle they were in and if it was a "high powered vehicle" if its not a "high powered vehicle" it will just go to show it doesnt matter what car ur in, at 100ks or over hitting a power pole u stand not a good chance.

but that said, its not good and my thoughts go out to the families, i think the girl killed was 18 and from Vic. The other passangers were Innisfail locals i think.

kind reguards and all the rest, but when your hauling ass on a public road thats what happens. mates of mine have died like that and no I dont have sympathy for people who drive like f**kheads because I coulda been coming the other way or someone I really care about.

i think alchohol was also involved, thats what the reports on the news are saying. Im with AE864thachicks, if stupidity was involved then im glad that power pole wasnt a car with my mum and dad in it or my sister or boyfriend or friends, no room for stupidity on our roads these days.

Yeah just caught that report and yeah enough said, Im just sick of this shit happening and the people invoved are like "we are innocent".

If you crash a vehicle whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol or speeding or driving recklessly on public roads then you are not innocent and it is you to blame if you kill or mame someone - end of story. Until people get that into their heads and slow down and stop being stupid these kinda things are going to continue to happen, regardless of the engine size, car size, age of driver.
