[Force Fed]

after joining the gtiroz forums a few weeks ago i noticed that there is a section "members ride blogs" which is pretty self explanitory.... as you do work on teh car you update it through that section instead of revisiting your "intro" thread which is pretty much just that... a intro....

whether it be a general update of the car, pics or anything related to the car itself that you believe deserves a post.... blog would be a good place to put it....

just thought i might put it out there for the mods and admin to think about.

Maybe the garage could be promoted more so? But I think everyone seems happy with the threads we have. They are easy.

garage isnt a proper thread. im talking a place where you can discuss the mods on your car or find out what people think about different things going onto it.

oh and im not saying they arent easy jodie, just different ones (dus12's for example) that have obscene number of pages... and its all in the intro... its not a intro anymore remember, hence blog!

Invision do have a blogging system but I opted not to purchase this when purchasing IP.Board and IP.Gallery.

I think there are quite a few features to the forum now and implementing similar features of something already available will just make less use of other features. I will look in to promoting the garage a bit more and maybe integrating to the forum.

i have known it was tehre for a while but its not something that everyone knows about. i was talkign about a whole new section for the updates of cars, talking about them etc. the garage would have to be changed a bit to suit the situation of what im suggesting. matt, ill talk to you on msn soon about it.

Matt, Where the garage lists your modifciations is it possible to have like a bog section put in there, where you can make updates, instead of just the modification list. Thats what id like to see, chris's idea mite be abit differnt

You can list the vehicles by last updated....

There is also a spot where you can post comments.

I know that this isn't actually related to blogs and such as..... but is there actually a set size for signatures that are permissable.... because my signature was deleted with no explanation except it was "too big" yet I have seen at least 10 other members with signatures bigger than mine including a moderator... where is the justice in that.... bit of help there thankyou someone.
