Cairns Spotted thread.

This thread is for cars you spotted that you unaware of or think is worth a mention, this is not a SPAM thread and please do not post about seeing your mates car each day on the way to work, wasting forum resources and peoples time with spotted the same car 20 times a week.

I spotted a bright orange VL commodore out in between mareeba and kuranda yesterday and also a white lancer possibly an evo or just evo kit, kept speeding up and slowing down behind me.

Spotted the red Honda NSX yesterday and had a chat.... nice car. Mentioned a little something something about a Maserati coming to Cairns. Seen that red Hummer to. Looks good for a tank.

Seen a lime green TC (I think)cortina with an 8 under the bonnet complete with scoop.
Sounding tuff.

also spotted that lime green cortina on the highway headin into town the other day...didnt get a chance to hear it though as it was few cars behind me

there is already at least two maseratis in cairns a 3200 GT coupe and Quatroportte.

Spotted a green EAish? dont konw falcons, anyhoo lime green with yellow airbrushing all over it, was outside english st PnP for a while.
It now has no front end and has dug himself a hole out of the mountain about halfway down the kuranda range.

spotted an early model HB torana yesterday on the captian cook hwy. purple in colour, fat rubber under the rear, big bonnet scoop and a roll cage wearing NSW plates cruising next to me in the work van. when they seen me gawking at the car the driver laid into it and chucked a massive powerskid at 110k's. sounded and looked phat! turned off at smithfield roundabout and headed up kuranda range.

522hp over 800nm, built by Cape York Automotive Cairns

Didn't say there wasn't any here, just one coming. Falcon been there for a while, ktow started a thread with pics.

i know the guy that owns this, he spent quite a bit of money on it after he wrote it off the first time

Also spotted the cortina today at Trinity Beach.

Spotted a silver xr6 with oranges stripes like mine =[

Spotted a brand new FPV Cobra at Trinity driving (Yum)

Spotted a nice 200SX for sale at the car yard near cennies (opposite trinity cycles) Big FMIC, what looks like a veilside kit, low as...Looks tidy!

Oh and a new VE Commdore ute with the numberplate PENI50

the VE ute is "Turbo" off the forum.. i spotted that orange VL calais.. heard him say to someone he has spent inexcess of 50k on it

Spotted a yellow onevia with a black bonnet on Windarra st parked with all the other chinks at the woree school.

Lives on Roberts Road. Used to be orange with black bonnet and primer spots all over it. Flogs it past my place all the time.

saw a black wrx with gold tribal stickers on the sides a couple of nights ago out at general aviation. looked rather tidy
